Fantastic burger. Poutine was good. This was from the location in Mississauga, which isn't on any maps, probably a truck. If the pics look wet, that's because it was, expect to need a lot of napkins. Don't let that discourage you though, the burger, while messy to eat, was really good and was well carmelized/crisp around the edges. Glad they have the location out here because this is my new fav smash burger.
Food is yummy. Staff is ultra professional and friendly. This is not health food but if you are a looking for a delicious burger, excellent side dishes and yummy ice cream, this is an excellent choice. Locally owned and operated. There are a couple of seats and small patio of you are looking for a quick lunch but recommend taking out.
This place is special. The food here is incredible, they are doing burgers properly, every time I’ve eaten here it has been perfect, always hot, always fresh, always tons of flavour. I recommend the “little” versions of the burgers as the ratios of bun to meat and toppings is perfect and “little” means 1 patty instead of 2. The ice cream is okay, it’s nothing special and I think they should improve it. The garlic pepper sauce is amazing, the Cajun fries are amazing and together they are a winning combo. As long as the quality/value stays the same I would be a forever customer to this place and I hope they are able to expand to more locations, this place deserves all the success.
If you like smashburgers, you will absolutely love HOTTIES! Perfection, as far as I'm concerned, is an understatement for the mouthwatering burgers served at this place. I happened to be in Hamilton on Friday and treated myself to The Hottie. This burger surpassed my expectations and was so delicious that two short days later, on Sunday, I drove my wife over an hour in a snowstorm to this location so that she could try these burgers herself. She ordered The Hottie and this time around, I ordered the Hottie Tottie. We also shared a poutine with cajun fries and had an ice cream cone each. All of these offerings were delicious but the classic Hottie stands out as the best item on their menu. The sliced cheese, grilled onions, and hottie sauce take it to another level. The menu is concise, timeless, and classic. The atmosphere is cool, hip, and fun. The kitchen and front counter area are clean and impressive. Their black and pink branding is on point. The crew that works at HOTTIES is awesome. I want to give a special shout out to Warren, who made my visit on Friday memorable. Their funky washroom features a black toilet and black tiles with pink grout. Their prices aren't the lowest that you'll find but the quality makes them justifiable. Spending 12 or 14 on their smashburgers is worthwhile once you've tasted them. I would like to see HOTTIES offer shredded lettuce on their burgers and a chicken sandwich would be a fun addition to their menu. More comfortable dine-in seating options would also be nice. If I'm in the area, I will return to HOTTIES.
Visiting the area for an afternoon. Came across this place on socials. Small place, cool interior. Staff member was pleasant and attentive. Just wanted the smash burger, took it to go. It was really good and I would order it again.
I'd heard great things about the service and the food, and my visit was a delightful confirmation of it. Friendly and competent staff that just hit all the right notes, probably a solid contribution to how happy the customers were just to be there. Staff recognition and remembrance of customers is such a sweet bonus. And then there were those amazing lace-edged smashburgers with the perfect amount of each topping, and a sauce that exquisitely pulled it all together. It's a good, clean and tidy place, and there's something to be said for the audacious confidence of their pink and black colour scheme. A good place to return to, for sure!
Absolutely a well deserved 5 stars all around The smash burgers were insanely good, Cajun fries delicious and the freaking dessert was amazing. Pink ice cream is a win for me! Definitely will be a return guest
Beautiful little spot in the hammer! The staff is really friendly, the decor is unique and eye catching. The food does have a blast of flavors and is filling! Would have preferred to see the fries a little more crispy as they felt soft. Highly recommended!
